We aim to provide accurate product details. Colors and sizes may slightly vary due to screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be confirmed by phone before shipping.
Luxury Hub reserves the right to cancel any order if incorrect data is provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is provided by J&T Express at a fixed rate of 65 EGP nationwide.
If delivery fails, the customer has 3 attempts to receive the order before it is cancelled.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns follow our official Refund Policy.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Privacy
Your data is protected and used only to process your order. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms
Luxury Hub may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

الشروط والأحكام – Luxury Hub

مرحبًا بك في Luxury Hub. باستخدامك للموقع أو شرائك لأي منتج، فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية:

1. استخدام الموقع
يُستخدم الموقع لأغراض الشراء فقط. وأي استخدام غير قانوني يعرض الطلب للإلغاء.

2. معلومات المنتجات
نحن نعرض المنتجات بدقة قدر الإمكان، وقد تختلف الألوان أو المقاسات بشكل بسيط بسبب اختلاف الشاشات.

3. الطلبات والدفع
جميع الطلبات يتم تأكيدها عبر الهاتف قبل الشحن.
ويحق لـ Luxury Hub إلغاء أي طلب في حالة وجود بيانات غير صحيحة.

4. الشحن والتوصيل
التوصيل يتم عبر شركة J&T Express برسوم ثابتة 65 جنيه لأي محافظة داخل مصر.
وفي حالة فشل التوصيل، يحق للعميل 3 محاولات استلام قبل إلغاء الطلب.

5. الاسترجاع والاسترداد
يتم تطبيق سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا كما هي مذكورة في صفحة Refund Policy.
يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.

6. الخصوصية
بياناتك آمنة ولا يتم استخدامها إلا لإتمام الطلب. لمزيد من التفاصيل، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

7. تعديل الشروط
يحق لـ Luxury Hub تعديل الشروط في أي وقت، ويعتبر استمرار استخدامك للموقع موافقة على التعديلات.
