⏱️ وقت تجهيز الطلب (Processing Time)

يتم تجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل قبل الشحن.

🚚 وقت التوصيل (Delivery Time)

  • القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل

  • باقي المحافظات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل
    قد تزيد المدة قليلًا في بعض المناطق البعيدة.

💰 رسوم الشحن (Shipping Fees)

رسوم الشحن ثابتة:
٦٥ جنيه لأي مكان داخل مصر — بدون أي مصاريف إضافية.

🔁 محاولات التوصيل (Delivery Attempts)

مندوب الشحن سيحاول توصيل الطلب 3 مرات.
في حالة عدم استلام العميل خلال المحاولات الثلاثة، يتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

بعد شحن طلبك، هيوصلك:

  • رقم تتبع الشحنة

  • اسم شركة الشحن J&T Express

لتقدر تتابع الطلب خطوة بخطوة.

    At Luxury Hub, we ensure fast and secure delivery of all orders through J&T Express.

    Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

    Delivery Time

    • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

    • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
      Delivery time may vary depending on location.

    Shipping Fees

    A fixed shipping fee of 65 EGP applies to all locations across Egypt.

    Delivery Attempts

    The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
    If the customer cannot receive the order after the 3 attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    • Your tracking number
